Return

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 14 days to return your order. To return an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original case and box with their Authenticity Certificate Card intact. *Sales items may not be returned.


We offer free returns for all certified MØY ATELIER products purchased on www.moyatelier.com. 


To get your return label free of charge please email info@moyatelier.com. In your e-mail, please use the subject line "RETURN" and include: 

  1. A photo of your Authenticity Certificate Card (provided with every MØY ATELIER purchase) 
  2. A photo of your receipt or invoice
  3. Reason for return
Our team will send you your free return label within 1-2 working days. If eligible, your money shall be returned to the original payment method used on purchase within 1-5 working days after inspection. Please note that any shipping or duties/tax fee will not be returned to customer.
