RETURNS POLICY

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 14 days to return your order. To return an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original case and box with their Authenticity Certificate Card intact.

We offer returns for all certified MOY ATELIER products purchased on moyatelier.comTo notify us of incoming packages please email info@moyatelier.com and you shall receive further instructions.

In your e-mail, please use the subject line "RETURN" and include:
• A photo of your Authenticity Certificate Card (provided with every MOY ATELIER purchase)
• A photo of your receipt or invoice (if purchased from one of our Official Stockists, please provide some form of proof-of-purchase).
• Reason for return

Your money shall be returned to the original payment method used on purchase within 5-10 working days after receiving and upon inspection.

 

WARRANTY

We offer one year warranty on all certified products purchased at moyatelier.comIf the purchase was made with one of our authorised retailers, please enquire with them directly about their specific repairs policy.

This warranty will not cover damages caused by (1) commercial use, (2) wear and tear, or (3) misuse or customer negligence. Customer negligence is characterised by any damages caused by indirect, direct, or incidental actions and/or circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: collision, fire, spilled food or liquid, abuse, improper or unauthorized repair, alteration, unusual stress, or improper modifications. If a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, we will not be able to provide any complimentary warranty services.

To submit a repair request for your damaged frames, please kindly e-mail our relevant team at info@moyatelier.com
In your e-mail, please use the subject line "REPAIR" and include:
• A photo of your Authenticity Certificate Card (provided with every MOY ATELIER purchase)
• A photo of your receipt or invoice (if purchased from one of our Official Stockists, please provide some form of proof-of-purchase).
• A photo of the area(s) of damage.

Our team will notify you of the next steps in the procedure within 1-2 working days.

Damage that is not covered under our 1-Year Limited Warranty can still be serviced for a fee depending on the damage.

We will repair your sunglasses within 1-2 working days upon receiving the damaged products and have it shipped back to your provided shipping address free of charge.

Charges may apply for repairs if our Quality Assurance team concludes that any damage is characterized by misuse or mishandling on the part of the customer. In such instances, we will always seek your confirmation and consent before proceeding with any repair services. In the case that you choose to decline a repair service, we will ship the product back to your provided shipping address within 1-2 working days.
